Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5pm & Friday 8.30am – 15.45pm

We are looking to recruit for a HR Administrator for a manufacturing company based in Ferndown. The company employs 90 staff, who are friendly & supportive. In this role, you will be the on-site face of HR, handling day-to-day employee queries and paperwork. You will be supported by a HR Consultant.

Key responsibilities:

  • Being the first point of contact for employee questions about holidays, sick leave, and company policies.
  • Managing recruitment for the business including arranging offer letters and contracts.
  • Setting up of new starters including inductions, checking right-to-work documents, tracking probation deadlines, and handling leaver paperwork.
  • Keeping up to date records for employees.
  • Collating timesheets for payroll processing.
  • Undertaking company administration including business insurance, managing company cars, office supplies, booking accommodation / travel for engineers etc.

We are looking for:

  • Experience of working within HR Administration.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • PC literate with experience of Excel/Word/Outlook.
