Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.
- Lead technical delivery for integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Mentor and support nearshore teams to ensure quality delivery and adherence to best practices.
- Evolve technical standards dynamically while delivering high-performance solutions.

Experience Requirements
- Have experience with Salesforce technologies such as FSC, Einstein 1, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Order Management, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Mulesoft.
- Ideally have FinServ industry experience.
Qualifications
- Currently hold multiple Salesforce certifications.
