Responsibilities
- Lead best practices for Salesforce CPQ implementation and optimisation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and configure solutions.
- Expand CPQ functionality into Revenue Cloud, ensuring seamless integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product rules, pricing strategies, and data flow.
- Support Sales Cloud and Service Cloud integrations to enhance business processes.
