Our client is a global name and is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst for a quick start. As the Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in ensuring a successful implementation of their Salesforce solution, working alongside a dedicated product manager and cross-functional project team. This contract position is Outside IR35, working approximately two days per week in London. Immediate interviews are taking place. Apply today!
Responsibilities
- Ensure a good understanding of all aspects of the CRM project, both technical and non-technical.
- Design, develop, document, and test system requirements and changes in accordance with the project plan.
- Manage testing and end-user training, ensuring training materials are developed and shared.
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure that 'To Be' end user processes are appropriate, documented, and understood by end users.
- Plan and manage tasks related to system implementation and process review including responding to risks and changes in the project.

- Strong understanding of the principles and processes behind effective data processing and management.
- Collaborative worker – able to work closely with leadership and other teams including third-party implementation partners.
- Effective relationship builder with strong stakeholder management skills, including senior leaders.
