Responsibilities
The Head of Salesforce Data and Migration will already be a highly experienced, hands-on Manager, who will be responsible for managing a small team and getting very involved with the data and migration responsibilities.
Skills
As the Head of Salesforce Data and Migration you must have:
- Hands-on background of data loading to and from Salesforce
- Previously been responsible for data mapping
- Able to design and write end-to-end transformations
- Able to design and develop data integrations
- Knowledgeable with a variety of iPAAS/ETL tools (e.g. Talend, Jitterbit, Mulesoft, Synatic, dbAmp, Dataloader)
- Strong SQL skills including writing of scripts and stored procedures
- Experience of SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL and/or MySQL
- SQL tuning skills
- Great attention to detail
- Estimating and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Experience Requirements
Ideally have experience with Salesforce Non-Profit Success Pack (NPSP). Experience working with large data volumes, and of creating API integrations via iPAAS/ETL tools.
Qualifications
Currently hold the Salesforce ADM201 certification.
