I’m recruiting on behalf of my client, a respected organisation working within the Salesforce ecosystem, who are looking to bring in an experienced Salesforce Consultant to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Salesforce professional who enjoys shaping solutions for Non Profit Organisations, working closely with stakeholders, and delivering meaningful digital transformation projects across a variety of environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of Salesforce solutions from discovery through to implementation
- Gather and document business requirements and technical specifications
- Work closely with developers to design and deliver tailored system solutions
- Manage user acceptance testing, issue logs, and system improvements
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders at all levels to identify needs
- Deliver engaging system demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations
- Support project delivery and engage with senior leadership teams
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration and wider product ecosystem
- Proven experience in Salesforce CRM design and implementation
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Consultant certification (e.g. Sales, Service, or similar Clouds)
- Strong business analysis and system analysis capabilities
- Experience delivering IT systems, including requirements gathering and testing
- Background in project management and stakeholder engagement
- Experience working within the public or voluntary sector is highly desirable
- Confident communicator with the ability to present, train, and influence
