The T&C Supervisors role:

  • Supervising and coaching Advisers through the T&C scheme.
  • One-to-ones, coaching, training and feedback to enhance performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with the business and FCA regulations.
  • Building and developing strong relationships across the whole business.

Requirements for the T&C Supervisor role:

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of FCA rules and regulations.
  • Level 4 diploma qualified (DipFA or DipPFS).
  • Strong financial planning, coaching, and technical knowledge.

Rewards for the T&C Supervisor role:

  • £45,000-£47,000
