The T&C Supervisors role:
- Supervising and coaching Advisers through the T&C scheme.
- One-to-ones, coaching, training and feedback to enhance performance.
- Ensuring compliance with the business and FCA regulations.
- Building and developing strong relationships across the whole business.
Requirements for the T&C Supervisor role:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of FCA rules and regulations.
- Level 4 diploma qualified (DipFA or DipPFS).
- Strong financial planning, coaching, and technical knowledge.
