My client is a hugely successful engineering company who are continuing to grow due to the quality of their services and products.
As part of their growth they have an opportunity within their sales support team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supporting the Commercial Director and Sales Manager Building relationships with customers Offering Sales Administration including checking delays and status of projects and liaising with customers Providing general information as required and taking commercial calls Essentially, this individual will drive good documentation control and process adherence.
The candidate: The individual will know their way around Microsoft Office and be happy using it on a daily basis.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal for dealing with customers and suppliers.
Ideally you will have some knowledge of the engineering sector.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn will be key.
You must be enthusiastic, positive and have a “can do” attitude.
Experience of Microsoft Word and Excel, familiarity with remaining Microsoft Office programs.
