The role of our clients Financial Coaches is to deliver financial education programmes both face‑to‑face and online directly to employees on a range of financial, tax and related subjects.
- To provide technical support to other team members on the development of new modules.
- To keep up to date on changing legislation i.e. pensions / tax.
- Produce ideas for employee education e.g. changes to pension and share scheme.
- Assist in the design of new education modules as required by clients.
Candidate Criteria:
- Presentation experience in a training, sales or “think on your feet” environment.
- Presentation experience within the financial services sector.
