Job Description
Do you experience in training and coaching within a regulated financial advice environment and are Level 4 qualified, plus experience designing and delivering diverse training solutions—including digital content (Rise, Articulate), remote sessions, and face-to-face workshops.
If so, then join our client’s specialist Training & Development team in a Training role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Scoping & Managing T&D Plans: Collaborate across business areas to scope and manage training and development plans. Conduct training needs analyses for new colleagues, identify learning gaps, and develop plans to address them.
- Onboarding New Colleagues: Design, deliver, and evaluate onboarding programmes that are high-quality, engaging, and sustainable—both remotely and via face-to-face workshops.
- Upskilling Existing Colleagues: Create and deliver blended learning solutions (directly or via Train the Trainer approach) for existing staff. Ensure managers are equipped to embed training into ongoing performance.
- Evaluation: Develop and implement evaluation methods to validate training effectiveness.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain training materials to ensure they remain current, accurate, and aligned with the business and work closely with subject matter experts.
We’re Looking For:
- Recognised Level 4 financial services qualification minimum (e.g., CII Diploma in Financial Planning).
- Proven success in training and coaching within a regulated financial advice environment.
- Experience designing and delivering diverse training solutions—including digital content (Rise, Articulate), remote sessions, and face-to-face workshops.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and legislative requirements related to financial advice.
- Experience using or training on Investment Platforms.
- Motivational, inspiring training style with excellent presentation skills.
- Proven ability to set direction, motivate, and develop others to achieve operational goals.
