RMS Recruitment are looking for Production Operatives to join our client’s team based in Newton Aycliffe.
You will be working Monday to Thursday, 8AM to 6:30PM. The salary for this role is £12.21 per hour. This a temporary to permanent position.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces of products for coating
- Set up, operate, and maintain equipment within the spray booths
- Perform quality inspections on all products throughout the manufacturing process
- Carry out shot blasting (when required)
- Assist with manual handling, including moving metal frames and products around the site
- Assemble and fit product components
- Apply coatings to products as per specifications
- Maintain a strong attention to detail throughout all tasks
- Report any quality issues or defects to a team leader or supervisor

- Confidence in your work and a readiness to take on additional responsibilities when needed
- Previous experience desirable, however no essential as training will be provided.
