Maintain clear project scope, timelines, and milestones
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure timely delivery
Conduct regular site visits and progress reviews across project locations
Monitor quality, safety compliance, and adherence to building regulations
Provide consistent updates to stakeholders and leadership
Support cost planning, tender reviews, and contractor assessments
Ensure accurate processing of variations and subcontractor invoices
