Job DescriptionPosition : Project Manager (Construction)Location : Hybrid – Park Royal, LondonEmployment Type : Full-Time(Contractor)Are you a commercially focused Project Manager looking to work across high-impact infrastructure and construction projects?Our client, a prestigious Construction Company based in Park Royal, London, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to deliver financial oversight, contract administration, and commercial leadership across their expanding portfolio.Key Responsibilities :Oversee multiple residential construction projects from planning to completion

Maintain clear project scope, timelines, and milestones

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure timely delivery

Conduct regular site visits and progress reviews across project locations

Monitor quality, safety compliance, and adherence to building regulations

Provide consistent updates to stakeholders and leadership

Support cost planning, tender reviews, and contractor assessments

Ensure accurate processing of variations and subcontractor invoices

Contribute to long-term client satisfaction and repeat businessQualifications :A minimum of 5 years\’ experience as a Project Manager or similar role in the UK construction industry

Strong track record delivering residential or refurbishment projects

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Familiarity with cost estimation and project financial oversight

Valid UK driving licence

Professional qualification obtained from an accredited UK university

Experience managing independent contractor relationships
