Location: Site-based at Hillington Industrial Estate
Hours: 16–25 hours per week (to be agreed)
Working Pattern: Available hours are Monday–Friday, between 8:30am and 5:00pm (flexible; suitable for school hours). Hours will be split over 5 working days.
Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organised Part‑Time HR & Payroll Administrative Assistant to support our HR Manager with a range of administrative, payroll, and compliance duties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone returning to work, particularly parents seeking flexibility within school hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to‑day administrative support to the HR Manager
- Assist with payroll processing and related administration
- Process employee expenses accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain and update HR records and documentation
- Produce reports using Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Support HR processes including onboarding and employee data management
- Assist with health & safety administration and compliance tracking
- General office and administrative duties as required
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role (HR or payroll experience desirable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel
- Experience with Power BI (or willingness to learn)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self‑motivated with the ability to manage workload independently

Remuneration
- Basis Salary of £27,000.00 per annum Pro rata based on 37.5 hour week excluding breaks

- Annual salary reviews each April
