Responsibilities
- Manage the work tasking of the mechanical engineering team.
- Create and develop work breakdown schedules to manage the engineering team to project specific goals and deadlines.
- Report progress and identify strengths and weaknesses in delivery.
- Support the Head of Mechanical to provide insight to business strategic vision.
- Ensure compliance with all aspects of company legislative compliance, HSE, HR, etc.
- Pastoral care of the mechanical engineering team.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 10 years industry experience.
- Minimum 3 years leading a team.
- Proven experience of working in a fast paced, challenging engineering sector.
- Proven experience of delivering complex projects.
- Proven experience of leading a cohesive and effective team.
- Proven experience of empowering engineers and identifying growth opportunities.
