Job Description:

We are currently looking for a full-time Hospitality Team Member to join our team working 40 hours per week. We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic candidates with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a flexible attitude towards changing priorities and procedures, including changes to shifts/rotas.

This role would involve working in the casino bar and restaurant and so we are ideally looking for candidates with previous experience working in a similar position.

Key competencies and duties include:
• Ensuring an exceptional standard of customer care, whilst adhering to
all company procedures, processes, health & safety and hygiene
regulations.
• Being an effective team player who contributes to continuous business
improvement.
• Till operation and cash handling.
• Waiting tables and clearing of cutlery and glasses from customers,
ensuring all items are washed/cleaned and stored correctly.
• Identify any food and beverage requirements using a proactive
approach where appropriate.
• Ensuring all areas of the casino areas are always kept clean and tidy
