We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Hospitality Team Member to join our vibrant team at Sports Bar! Candidates must be fully flexible to work a variety of shifts; including weekends, nights and bank holidays.

Key competencies and duties include:

  • Ensuring an exceptional standard of customer care, whilst adhering to all company procedures, processes, health & safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Being an effective team player who contributes to continuous business improvement.
  • Till operation and cash handling.
  • Waiting tables and clearing of cutlery and glasses from customers, ensuring all items are washed/cleaned and stored correctly.
  • Identify any food and beverage requirements using a proactive approach where appropriate.
  • Ensuring all areas of the casino are always kept clean and tidy.
