Resorts World is a leisure destination owned by Genting UK Ltd. Genting owns and operates many exciting brands within the centre, including Resorts World Casino, Santai Spa, Genting Hotel, Sky Bar & Restaurant, Vortex Gaming family arcade, The World Bar, The Sports Bar and a thriving meeting and events business. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Hospitality Team Member to join our vibrant team at Sports Bar! Candidates must be fully flexible to work a variety of shifts; including weekends, nights and bank holidays.
Key competencies and duties include:
- Ensuring an exceptional standard of customer care, whilst adhering to all company procedures, processes, health & safety and hygiene regulations.
- Being an effective team player who contributes to continuous business improvement.
- Till operation and cash handling.
- Waiting tables and clearing of cutlery and glasses from customers, ensuring all items are washed/cleaned and stored correctly.
- Identify any food and beverage requirements using a proactive approach where appropriate.
- Ensuring all areas of the casino areas are always kept clean and tidy.
