We are currently recruiting for a Commis Chef working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate would be required to be fully flexible to work day and night shifts to cover prepping food items, cooking all day menu items for the gaming floor and to ensure all kitchen operations run smoothly by assisting in the food preparation and general upkeep of the kitchen.
