Resorts World Birmingham is seeking an experienced Cocktail Bartender to join our vibrant 24‑hour bar team.
In this role you’ll craft classic and creative cocktails and deliver excellent service in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Mix classic and creative cocktails using proper techniques and free‑pouring skills.
- Maintain bar inventory, cleanliness and compliance with high service standards.
- Engage guests, providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Present yourself in a professional, approachable manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a busy bar with high standards.
- Proven cocktail bartending and free‑pouring skills.
- Strong guest‑service attitude and teamwork.
- Self‑motivated, confident and flexible to work in a 24‑hour business.
- Excellent customer‑service skills with a friendly, supportive approach.
