Resorts World Casino is currently recruiting for a part‑time Cloakroom Assistant to join our team. This role requires working 16 hours per week on Fridays and Saturdays. You will be responsible for providing a professional and welcoming cloakroom service to our customers, ensuring their belongings are handled safely and efficiently whilst maintaining high standards of organisation and cleanliness.
Key Skills and Responsibilities
- Delivering a warm and professional welcome, assisting all customers in a polite and friendly manner.
- Managing customer belongings, ensuring items are securely stored, well‑organised, and returned promptly.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the cloakroom area at all times.
- Communicating effectively with both customers and colleagues in a professional manner.
- Demonstrating excellent organisation and time‑keeping skills.
- Reporting customer queries or complaints promptly and appropriately.
- Adhering to all company procedures, including Health and Safety regulations.
- Working collaboratively as part of the wider casino team, building positive working relationships.
- Showing flexibility and a positive attitude towards changing priorities, procedures, and shift patterns, including weekend working.
