We are currently recruiting for a Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team at Resorts World Casino on a full time basis.
Key Competencies:- Management of a section during service
- Keep high hygiene standards
- Follow the stock rotation
- Manage M.E.P
- Prepare and finish specific dishes to the highest standards at the appropriate times in the required quantities in a cost effective manner
- Check food products received and to store according to company procedure
- Previous experience in a similar role is required
- Be able to work in a pressured environment
- Work well in a team with good communication skills
- Be creative but also need to be able to follow recipes
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions
- Familiar with industry’s best practices
