We are currently recruiting for a Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team at Resorts World Casino on a full time basis.
Key Competencies:
• Management of a section during service
• Keep high hygiene standards
• Follow the stock rotation
• Manage M.E.P
• Prepare and finish specific dishes to the highest standards at the appropriate times in the required quantities in a cost effective manner
• Check food products received and to store according to company procedure
Skills and Experience required:
• Previous experience in a similar role is required
• Be able to work in a pressured environment
• Work well in a team with good communication skills
• Be creative but also need to be able to follow recipes
• Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions. • Familiar with industry’s best practices
