We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic waiter/waitress with a passion for hospitality and a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role to join the fantastic team at Sky Bar & Restaurant. Shifts vary so flexibility is required across afternoons, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
As a member of our friendly team you will be expected to:
- Have a real flair and passion for the food and beverages industry striving for 100% customer satisfaction
- Be attentive and proactive, the ability to respond quickly to needs of the customer and managers
- An impeccable appearance with an engaging personality

Responsibilities include:
- Greet customers/guests, answering any questions they may have.
- Ensuring an exceptional standard of customer care whilst adhering to all company procedures, processes, health & safety and hygiene regulations.
- Being an effective team player who contributes to continuous business improvement.
- Till operation and cash handling.
- Working to increase public relation skills within the team.
- Clearing tables of cutlery and glasses from customers, ensuring all items are washed/cleaned and stored correctly.
- Be warm and professional.
- Be a confident and effective communicator who can demonstrate their ability to converse with a wide variety of guests and colleagues at all levels.
- Must be fully flexible and able to get to and from Resorts World Birmingham with ease.
