Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Would you like to work in a fun, vibrant industry? We have a vacancy for a Games Host Supervisor to join our team at World Bar. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, and we will consider both full-time and part-time applicants. As part of our exciting new social-gaming concept, you will help lead a team of game hosts to deliver interactive, casino-themed entertainment experiences - without any gambling involved. You will play a key role in shaping this innovative offer as we trial and develop the next evolution of social entertainment at Resorts World.

Full training is provided. Please note there will be an initial requirement to attend 5-7 days of training at the Genting Leisure training facility in Ascot, Berkshire. Travel and accommodation will be fully funded.

Key skills and responsibilities include:

  • Supervising the Game Host team to ensure high service standards and a fun, guest-focused environment.
  • Leading by example during live events and providing on-the-floor support.
  • Creating and managing staff rotas to meet business needs.
  • Coordinating team tasks to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for staff queries and escalating where needed.
  • Supporting issue resolution and helping maintain a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.
  • Engaging confidently with guests and speaking comfortably to groups.
  • Remaining calm, organised and professional during busy or high-energy events.
  • Using basic technology confidently to support games and event activities.
  • Being flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
