We’re looking for a Quality & Facilities Coordinator who thrives on organisation, collaboration and continuous improvement. This is a pivotal role that supports the smooth running of our business, ensuring our Integrated Management System (IMS), facilities, contractors and compliance activities all operate to the highest standards.

Why this role mattersQuality, safety and compliance are fundamental in the rail industry. In this role, you will act as a trusted coordinator and problem-solver, supporting audits, managing key data, working closely with contractors and landlords and helping maintain the systems that underpin how we operate every day. Your work will directly support our Quality, Safety & Environment (QSE) objectives and ensure our teams have safe, compliant and well-managed workplaces.
What you’ll be doing- Help develop and maintain a robust, user-friendly online Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Act as the day-to-day custodian of the Integrated Management System, ensuring documentation integrity, version control and audit readiness
- Administer the internal and external audit programme, ensuring timely completion and close-out of corrective actions
- Monitor the quality and safety performance of contractors and suppliers, supporting continuous improvement
- Coordinate facilities compliance activities, ensuring statutory inspections, landlord obligations and contractor records are complete, current and auditable
- Collate and report key performance data, including OPEX and CAPEX costs for QSE and Facilities
- Maintain access to relevant regulatory and best-practice publications
- Provide essential administrative, budgetary and procurement support to the Quality & Facilities Manager
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism, confidentiality and appropriate security controls
- Experience supporting quality, compliance, facilities or regulated environments
- Strong document control and system administration skills
- Experience coordinating audits, reviews or corrective actions
- Confidence working with data, KPIs and records
- A strong communicator who can build positive relationships with internal teams, contractors and external partners
- Proactive, reliable and motivated by doing things the right way
- Exposure to ISO-based management systems
- Experience in rail or other safety-critical sectors
- Facilities compliance coordination experience
