MESM (Medical Equipment Supplies & Management) specialise in the sourcing, supply, service, and end of study support of medical and laboratory equipment for the clinical trial industry. We currently supply specialist medical equipment to all regions of the world and both our customer list and geographical reach is expanding daily. Based at MESM in Chorley UK, the Service Support Co-ordinator role will work in a fast-paced challenging environment. In this position, you will support our customers and clinical trial sites, answering queries related to products and services.
How will you make an impact & Requirement
You will be responsible for the coordination and management of mid-study calibrations and associated tasks across the Mid Study Service pillar. Your responsibilities include:
- Responding to internal and external customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
- You will be the primary product support lead for a diverse range of medical devices and ancillary products.
- You will be responsible for ensuring that any service cases and product-related complaints are fully investigated, documented, and escalated as required to resolve cases in an efficient and effective manner.
- You will participate in technical/support discussions with stakeholders to ensure they are kept updated on the case status.
- Gathering feedback and sharing with our management team to improve our offering.
- Lead our document distribution process and share appropriate service documentation with stakeholders as requested.
- Carrying out other supporting duties in line with the needs of the Mid Study Service Team.
Experience working in a team in a customer-focused, target-driven environment is highly desirable. To be successful in this role you should be an excellent communicator.
