Resonant Clinical Solutions (Therapak) is a producer of single use kits in a cleanroom for use in a cleanroom environment. The customer base consists predominantly of Pharma production or R & D Companies. The role is to support the CleanPack(R), single use production business, by providing warehouse and cleanroom support during the production process through to article distribution.
How will you make an impact & Requirement
MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To schedule workflow into the production areas in conjunction with the Production Manager
- Complete the SAP confirmations to consume component inventory and record build timings accurately
- Progressing/availability of components and their batch requirements
- Prepare Product labels & Batch documentation
- Manage flow of product through Irradiation process
- Prepare regular inventory reports for customers
- Environmental monitoring and cleanroom validation
- During periods of associate absence, there may be a requirement to support directly within the cleanroom/warehouse environment for operational continuity
- Responsibility for safe closure of the premises
- Any other tasks as required
QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications)
- Good level of education, including English and Maths
- Proficient in Excel
- Ability to use a range of other computer programs, including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & COMPETENCIES
- SAP knowledge of production, inventory and material creation (desirable but not essential as full training will be given)
- Self motivated, demonstrating initiative and is result orientated
- Strives for continual improvement, demonstrates innovation and organisational agility
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong numerical skills with an understanding of volumetric weights/analysis
- A commitment to quality standards and the importance of following procedures
- An understanding of a clean room operating environment (desirable but not essential as full training will be given)
ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL EFFORT
This role is predominantly office based, but will require entry into the cleanroom and warehouse environments, and may include some manual handling of boxes.
