Logistics Administrator
Join our team at Resonant Clinical Solutions as a Logistics Administrator.
Job Description Summary
With over 40 years of experience in custom kitting and the Clinical Trials space, Resonant Clinical Solutions delivers quality products and services backed by deep technical and regulatory expertise. Our Equipment & Ancillaries Team provides a global service, sourcing and supplying medical and laboratory equipment to support clinical trials worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Track and expedite all shipments daily, resolving any delays with carriers, freight forwarders and customs.
- Communicate with key stakeholders, providing updates on delays and requesting information to expedite shipments.
- Update the system with all tracking details and save proof of delivery for future reference.
- Produce accurate and timely reports to support customer and business needs.
- Carry out invoice verification for all shipments, ensuring the invoice value matches the standard or the cost quoted.
- Maintain an accurate electronic and manual filing system for all dispatch documentation in line with HMRC audit requirements.
- Manage shared mailboxes, ensuring timely and accurate responses and proper filing.
- Provide general administrative support to the Distribution & Warehousing Team and complete other ad‑hoc duties as required.
