About the Role
Resonant Clinical Solutions is hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead (Europe) to support full‑cycle recruitment across multiple European countries. The role will be responsible for leading full‑cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of positions across Europe, including technical, engineering, commercial, warehouse and corporate roles. As a strategic advisor to hiring managers, he/she will influence workforce planning, and develop strong sourcing strategies to attract high‑quality candidates across multiple geographies. This role is ideal for a proactive, hands-on, market‑savvy recruiter who thrives in a global, matrixed environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full‑Cycle Recruitment: Lead end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple European countries, partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define hiring needs and talent strategies. Manage requisition intake, job briefing, sourcing, screening, evaluation, interview coordination, debriefs, and offer negotiation.
- Strategic Talent Sourcing: Design and execute multichannel sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, talent mapping, networking, social media engagement, CRM pipeline building, agency engagement and referrals. Build diverse pipelines for hard‑to‑fill technical and engineering roles across Europe.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and hiring teams, providing market intelligence, compensation insights, and recruitment best practices. Partner with cross‑functional HR teams to ensure aligned workforce planning and talent insights.
- Candidate Experience Excellence: Ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging candidate journey, maintaining communication and transparency throughout the process. Guide candidates through complex hiring processes across European markets.
- Market Research & Intelligence: Work with Compensation team to gather insights on talent market intelligence, including salary data, competitor analysis, and pipeline trends, to influence hiring decisions and recruitment strategy.
- Data, Tools & Process Management: Maintain accurate and compliant candidate data in Workday ATS and supporting CRM tools. Identify opportunities to optimize hiring processes, streamline workflows, and enhance delivery across the TA function.
- Additional Projects and Team Support: Participate in global and local projects as required and provide extra support to the European HR partnering team as and when required.
Requirements:
- Experience: Significant experience as an in‑house or agency recruiter; preference for technical, engineering, or distribution roles. Strong experience managing senior stakeholders in a global matrixed environment.
- Languages: Business‑fluent English + Czech fluency highly desired. Additional European languages are an advantage (German, French).
- Technical: Microsoft 365, Workday ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Education: High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred. Equivalent experience considered.
- Must have practical working knowledge in employment law knowledge in EU region.
- Must be highly organized, detail oriented with exceptional project management skills.
- Strong business acumen and consultative communication style.
- Ability to influence leaders and drive decisions with data.
- High sense of urgency, initiative, and ownership.
