Based at Resonant Clinical Services in Chorley, UK, the warehouse operative will work in a fast‑paced environment. In this position you will be responsible for a variety of inbound, outbound and IT‑related tasks as part of our Distribution & Warehouse Operations.
Responsibilities:
- You will direct movement of shipments from the shipping and receiving platform to storage and work areas.
- You will verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment.
- You will examine important incoming shipments, reject damaged items, and record shortages.
- You will examine outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications that improve the success of the company.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in picking & packing, goods in & out, dispatch & returns.
- Knowledge of stock evaluation and inventory management.
- Robust system skills including Outlook, Excel and SAP or ERP.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational skills with a natural flair for diligence.
- Reliability and dependability.
- Proactive and willing to take on a variety of tasks.
- FLT licence and valid truck licence is a plus (desirable).
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
