Job Title: PR Account Executive, 360 Communications
Location: Manchester or London (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 from home)

Salary Band: £27,000–£31,000, plus twice a year bonus scheme
We’re looking for a smart, curious PR Account Executive to join our growing 360 Communications team.
This is a role for someone with a solid foundation in media relations and the appetite to build on it. You’ll help deliver campaigns that span earned media, social platforms and other content formats, supporting well‑known and scaling B2B tech brands. You’ll be writing, pitching, scheduling, listening, researching, learning, and making sure we’re delivering work that actually matters to our clients.
We’re after someone who asks good questions, stays across what’s happening in the world, and wants to be part of a team that’s always looking for better ways to communicate complex ideas.
What you’ll be doing
Media & PR
- Draft press releases, commentary and media materials
- Build media lists, research journalist interests, and support pitching
- Monitor the media agenda and flag relevant opportunities for clients
- Track and report on earned coverage
Social Media
- Help plan and draft content for client social channels
- Support scheduling, monitoring and engagement
- Keep social aligned with wider media and content plans
- Feed in platform and industry trends to help shape strategy
Campaign Support
- Coordinate day‑to‑day activity across earned and shared channels
- Join internal and client meetings, share updates and help keep delivery on track
- Work closely with content, design, and strategy teams to bring stories to life in the right places for the target audience
What we’re looking for
Experience:
- 1-2 years working in PR or comms (agency or in‑house)
- Some hands‑on media relations experience, building lists, drafting outreach, speaking to journalists and influencers
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Confident handling multiple tasks and switching between projects
- An interest in tech, innovation, and business storytelling
