- Your Day-to-Day
- Working alongside an experienced leadership team, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing a mixed portfolio of approximately 150 properties
- Managing lease administration, rent reviews and arrears processes
- Coordinating maintenance and liaising with contractors
- Handling both residential and commercial leasing activities
- Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Representing matters at tribunal when required
What You Bring
- At least 3 years\' experience in property management
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Clear and professional communication style
- A proactive, accountable and self-managed approach
- Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
- Valid driver\'s license and reliable vehicle
- Must have experience in Property Tree
