Resolver operates as a hybrid workforce with the option to work at home, in the office, or a mix of both. As a Solution Consultant, you will delight customers by solving business problems with technology. You are a customer advocate who helps guide Resolver’s SaaS implementations by separating wants from needs, providing recommendations, configuring off‑the‑shelf software, and administering training on best practices.

Your work will help transform risk management into risk intelligence so organizations can protect people and assets and deliver on their purpose.

Your Day to Day – Let’s Break It Down:

  • Project Delivery (100%) – Measures of success: customer feedback (NPS, references), peer feedback, utilization, and project margin.
  • Consultation & Requirements Gathering – Educate customers on requirements for successful implementations. Gather and document customer functional and technical requirements. Create design recommendations and secure agreement on designs that satisfy customer requirements and reflect industry best practices.
  • Project Management – Establish a shared vision and confirm a common understanding of scope, delivery approach, task ownership, and deliverables. Control and communicate scope, schedule, budget, and risk to customers and management. Lead regular project discussions to review work plans, risks, actions, issues, and decisions that drive projects to completion and minimize time to value.
  • Configuration – Configure the no‑code software based on the solution design. Perform quality assurance to minimize rework (no coding required).
  • Customer Training – Deliver administrator, train‑the‑trainer, and end‑user training sessions. Author training materials as required (documents, decks, videos, etc.).

People Who Excel:

  • 6–8+ years of experience leading and delivering enterprise off‑the‑shelf software or incident management solutions.
  • Experience with Visio, MS Project, MS Office, and a CRM such as Salesforce.
  • Experience within Risk Management, Internal Audit, Regulatory Compliance Management or Corporate Security is a bonus but not required.
  • A passion for making customers happy, regardless of obstacles.
  • A go‑getter with excellent ability to manage ongoing projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills and enthusiasm for speaking with customers.
  • A self‑starter who can take charge of tasks with minimal direction.
  • Accountable for work, investing time in research, learning, and practice to become an expert in their field.
