Salary
Basic salary of£25,638plus £2,400 Car Allowance.
Here at Resolvecall we like to go above and beyond, therefore as part of our commission structure you will have access to an additional annual amount of £8,680 for achieving commission targets which could take your annual earnings total up to£34,318However, should you exceed these targets, there is a maximum earning potential of£41,388
Shifts
40 hours per week. 4 x 10-hour shifts (08:00 18:30). No Weekends, or
40 hours per week. 5 x 8-hour shifts (08:00 16:30). No Weekends
Role
A typical day of a field agent would be spent visiting our clients customers at their properties in an attempt to put them in touch with either our clients call centre or our own call centre. The objective being to bridge the gap in communication.
You will visit customers homes on behalf of our utility clients to have open and supportive conversations about their outstanding energy balances. Together, youll work to find a suitable resolution. If an agreement cannot be reached, you will support the execution of a warrant visit for the installation of a prepayment meter, helping the customer manage their energy usage more easily
This is a fully employed position.
