We are seeking a
Training & Development Manager
to build structured learning pathways, strengthen team capabilities, and support a culture of continuous improvement.
Role Overview
The Training & Development Manager will design, deliver, and refine training programmes that improve core skills, operational performance, and progression opportunities across the organisation.
You will work directly with team leads to identify development needs and build clear, structured frameworks for individuals who operate within
customer-facing, face-to-face sales environments
.
This role suits someone who values clarity, structure, consistency, and measurable development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver structured training programmes across onboarding, skills development, leadership training, and performance improvement
- Collaborate with department leads to identify training needs and define progression frameworks
- Facilitate group training sessions, workshops, and one-to-one coaching
- Implement systems to track training effectiveness and individual skill progression
- Adapt training to support individuals working in
face-to-face sales and customer engagement campaigns - Identify individuals with strong potential and support their development into advanced roles
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in Training, Learning & Development, People Management, or Talent Development
- Confident communicator with experience delivering group training
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
- Motivated by developing others and maintaining high standards
