About the Role
As a Trainee Manager, you’ll learn the foundations of people, performance and customer relationship management while supporting the wider team. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with customers, handling enquiries, supporting campaign activity and contributing to day-to-day operations. You’ll receive structured training, coaching, and day-to-day support to help you build the skills and confidence to grow into a successful Manager within Resolve.
