Resolve Collective is a Manchester-based organisation that designs and delivers organised, in-person customer campaigns for established UK companies across the energy and telecommunication sector. We run structured projects with a strong focus on results, professional standards and development.

As a Campaign Management Trainee, you’ll sit at the heart of day-to-day activity – assisting in planning campaigns, supporting the team on the ground, tracking performance and taking on initiatives that move ideas forward. It’s a hands-on role with clear progression towards leading campaigns and management as you grow.

The opportunity

This Campaign Management Trainee role is ideal if you:

  • Enjoy working with people and keeping moving, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Want commercial experience that blends campaign operations, customer interaction and leadership.
  • Are motivated by targets, feedback and seeing your development reflected in your earnings.

You’ll receive structured training, 1-1 support and a clear pathway into senior responsibilities as your capacity grows.

Day-to-day

In this role, you’ll learn how to run and improve live campaigns while supporting the wider team. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Supporting daily campaign operations – helping to plan schedules, organise resources and keep activities running smoothly.
  • Leading from the front on customer engagement – representing our clients professionally in person, having quality conversations and guiding customers through the client journey.
  • Monitoring performance and quality – checking key metrics, collecting feedback and escalating any issues to the leadership team.
  • Supporting team briefings and debriefings – helping to communicate goals, share updates and capture learnings day to day.
  • Assisting with reporting and admin – maintaining accurate records, updating basic trackers and ensuring compliance with campaign standards.
  • Contributing ideas for improvement – testing new approaches, refining ideas and helping to optimise campaigns for better results.
  • Playing a central role in campaign operations – coordinating materials, information and logistics to keep activities effective.

As you progress, you’ll gradually take on more responsibility for leading team members and overseeing specific sections.

What you’ll bring

We don’t expect you to be an expert on day one. We’re more interested in your attitude and potential. The ideal Campaign Management Trainee will bring:

  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people face-to-face.
  • A proactive, practical mindset – happy to roll up your sleeves and get involved.
  • Drive to hit goals, learn quickly and take feedback on board.
  • Good organisation and time management; able to keep on top of moving parts.
  • Professionalism and reliability – you show up prepared and work transparently.
  • An interest in campaigns, customer experience, sales or commercial growth.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing work, hospitality, retail, events, sales or sport/teams is helpful but not essential.

What we offer

As a Campaign Management Trainee you can expect:

  • Competitive Base Salary with performance incentives – so your effort and results are recognised.
  • Structured training and clear progression into campaign leadership and people management.
  • Regular support, mentoring and feedback from senior team members.
  • Recognition and rewards through incentives, team competitions and regular performance bonuses.
  • A positive-energy, supportive team environment where wins and development are celebrated.
  • Regular in-person experience that builds confidence, resilience and commercial awareness.
