Role Overview
As a Marketing & Engagement Associate, you\’ll play a key role in supporting campaign delivery and customer experience initiatives, including:
- Representing nationally recognised brands through direct and event-based marketing
- Assisting with day-to-day campaign operations and office coordination
- Managing logistics and supporting promotional activities
- Conducting customer insights research and analysing campaign data
- Building lasting client relationships and improving brand engagement
- Participating in structured coaching in communication, sales strategy, and leadership
