Role OverviewAs a Marketing & Engagement Associate , you\’ll play a key role in supporting campaign delivery and customer experience initiatives, including:Representing nationally recognised brands through direct and event-based marketingAssisting with day-to-day campaign operations and office coordinationManaging logistics and supporting promotional activitiesConducting customer insights research and analysing campaign dataBuilding lasting client relationships and improving brand engagementParticipating in structured coaching in communication, sales strategy, and leadershipThis role sets a strong foundation for advancement into brand management, client relations, or team leadership.
