Warehouse Operative
Location: Swindon
Salary: £12.71 - £14.24 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:15am - 7:00pm

The Role
Resolve Recruitment Services are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse operation in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for ongoing Monday to Friday work.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Stock rotation and ensuring products are stored correctly
- Checking stock levels and maintaining accurate inventory
- Loading and unloading goods when required
- Ensuring orders are prepared correctly and on time
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised warehouse
- Following all company health and safety procedures
- Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have previous warehouse experience, although full training may be provided for the right person.
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Reliable and punctual
- Hardworking and physically fit
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working to targets and deadlines
- Able to follow instructions and warehouse procedures
- Experienced in picking, packing or stock rotation would be advantageous
