Who will you be working with?
You will be working with one of the UK’s leading third‑party logistics (3PL) providers, renowned for delivering high-quality, efficient transport solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport goods across the UK, adhering to planned routes and schedules.
- Carry out thorough pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, driving hours, and mileage.
- Communicate effectively with the logistics team regarding any delays or issues.
- Ensure all loads are secure and compliant with legal and industry standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service, representing the company in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Valid UK C+E (Class 1) driving licence with minimal or no penalty points.
- Up‑to‑date Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Minimum 18 months’ HGV driving experience.
- Experience in general haulage (preferred but not essential).
- Strong knowledge of UK road networks and driving regulations.
- Ability to work independently with excellent time‑management skills.
- Flexibility to work day or night shifts, including occasional weekends.
