Resolve Recruitment Services are searching for an experienced Mobile Mechanic to join a growing and dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled mechanic who enjoys working across multiple locations, offering variety and independence in their day-to-day role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs across multiple sites
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults
- Specialise in cam belts, clutches, and general mechanical work
- Deliver high standards of workmanship and customer service
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (essential)
- Minimum 6 years’ experience (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
Salary & Benefits:
- £20 per hour (£41,600 per annum based on 40 hours)
- £1,200 annual bonus
- Overtime paid at time and a half
- Salary reviewed every 12 months
- Monthly pay (around the 1st of each month)
- Company van provided (work use only)
- Discounts on MOTs and parts
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm
- 40 hours per week
- 30-minute unpaid lunch break
- On-call rota: 1 week in 3 (paid per call-out)
- Bank holidays worked on a rota basis (day in lieu provided)
Additional Information:
- 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (April–March)
- Company pension scheme (NEST)
- Quarterly performance reviews, with a full annual appraisal
- Notice period: 1 week during probation, 1 month thereafter
- Role involves working at various employer and client locations
