Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day care and support to children and young people in a residential setting.
- Promote the safety, wellbeing, and development of children in your care.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with young people.
- Support children with daily routines, education, social activities, and life skills development.
- Implement care plans and support strategies tailored to individual needs.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Encourage positive behaviour and emotional development.

- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and company policies at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children and young people is desirable.
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) desirable.
- Willingness to work towards a Level 3 qualification within the required timeframe.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, resilient, and child-focused approach.
- Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Full UK driving licence desirable.
