Mobile Mechanic – OTE £60,000 Resolve Recruitment Services are recruiting for an experienced Mobile Mechanic to join a growing and dynamic team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled mechanic who enjoys working across multiple locations, offering variety, independence, and the opportunity to significantly boost earnings through on-call and call-out bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs across multiple sites
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults
- Specialise in cam belts, clutches, and general mechanical work
- Deliver high standards of workmanship and customer service Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (essential)
- Minimum 6 years' experience (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently Salary & Benefits
- OTE £60,000 per annum
- £70 per week on-call allowance
- £50–£70 bonus for every completed call-out job
- Overtime paid at time and a half
- Salary reviewed every 12 months
- Monthly pay (around the 1st of each month)
- Company van provided (work use only)
- Discounts on MOTs and vehicle parts Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm
- 40 hours per week
- 30-minute unpaid lunch break
- On-call rota: 1 week in every 3
