Resolve are working alongside a globally recognised manufacturer of industrial and commercial HVAC products, to recruit 2 Business Development Managers to join their experienced team in the Southeast & Midlands regions.
In this role, you will market Our Clients full range of products, with a focus on engaging and building relationships with M&E Consultants and Contractors working on industrial and large commercial projects. The role will include conducting site assessments, performing heat loss calculations and recommending the appropriate products and systems per case.
You will be supported by a team of installers who will then manage projects to completion and beyond with service.
Our Client is seeking a driven, intelligent, consultative sales professional, ideally on the upward curve of their career to gel with the current team dynamic.
Experience working with the M&E sector with consultants is essential, as this consultative approach will be crucial to build credibility, and to operate and build relationships at the correct technical level.
The successful applicant can expect a basic salary £45k – £55k, as well as uncapped commission based on invoiced sales (realistic OTE £20k+) choice of company car or allowance, and great supporting package.
