Salary: £30,000 basic uncapped commission (OTE £40k Year 1, rising to £60k by Year 3)

We’re expanding our Liverpool sales team and looking for an experienced outbound salesperson who wants uncapped earnings, real career progression, and the backing of a high-performing, collaborative team. This is a genuine ground-floor opportunity – our top performers build a portfolio that pays them well beyond their first year, and we promote from within.

Key responsibilities:

  • Proactively identifying and reaching out to potential clients, presenting and explaining energy products and services.
  • Building lasting relationships with new and existing business customers, helping them secure the best energy contracts.
  • Managing your own portfolio, retaining clients at renewal and growing your customer base.
  • Achieving sales and efficiency goals while developing deep industry knowledge.
  • Staying up to date on market trends and regulations in the energy industry.

About you:

  • At least 2 years’ outbound sales experience (telesales, cold-calling or B2B new business) – this is essential. Energy experience is a bonus but not required; we’ll give you full training.
  • Motivated and eager to take advantage of the excellent earning potential of working in energy sales.
  • Able to easily build relationships with key decision makers.
  • Excellent communication skills – both spoken and written.
