Bross Bennett is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Family Law Solicitor (approx. 3–6 years qualified) to join its growing team, on a full-time, permanent basis. The candidate will work alongside partners and senior solicitors to deliver high quality client service and will also undertake responsibility for running their own caseload. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation during an exciting period of growth and transition, with a view to developing their career and professional progression.
- 3–6 years’ PQE in private family law
- Excellent communication skills; an ability to undertake responsibility for managing and meeting client expectations to ensure clients feel valued and well-informed
- Strong drafting, problem-solving and negotiation skills
- A commitment to client care and to minimising conflict
- Team-player attitude, proactive and motivated by high standards
- Maintaining ownership of billing and managing cash flow
- Developing and maintaining professional network through involvement with Resolution, local groups and societies and mediation / collaborative law networks
