Responsibilities

  • The ability to manage a mixed case load of finance and children work.
  • You will have experience in business development.
  • At Belderbos Solicitors we believe in helping clients throughout the process to include taking initial enquiries to initial appointments.
  • You can either represent your clients at court or instruct counsel.
  • We welcome solicitors and chartered legal executives who can handle matrimonial, finance, and children work.
  • An existing professional network and business development skills are a plus, but not mandatory.
  • We are open to candidates interested in consultancy models as well.

Qualifications

You will have 5 years or more PQE as a solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with excellent communication skills and be a trained mediator / collaborative lawyer or willingness to train to become one. Naturally you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be empathetic.
