Responsibilities
- The ability to manage a mixed case load of finance and children work.
- You will have experience in business development.
- At Belderbos Solicitors we believe in helping clients throughout the process to include taking initial enquiries to initial appointments.
- You can either represent your clients at court or instruct counsel.
- We welcome solicitors and chartered legal executives who can handle matrimonial, finance, and children work.
- An existing professional network and business development skills are a plus, but not mandatory.
- We are open to candidates interested in consultancy models as well.
Qualifications
You will have 5 years or more PQE as a solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with excellent communication skills and be a trained mediator / collaborative lawyer or willingness to train to become one. Naturally you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be empathetic.
