We are looking for a family solicitor to join our team. Enthusiasm for out of court dispute resolution is a must and the firm may offer training to the right candidate who is ready to expand their out of court offering. As an expanding firm, all lawyers actively participate in business development and marketing activities to include blog writing and articles and attendance at networking events.

NE Family Law is a small but growing niche law firm based in Richmond and Windsor, offering primarily family law and private client services. As we grow, we are looking for a solicitor to join the team, support Nicki and Emma with a busy and varied workload, as well as building their own caseload. We are looking for somebody innovative and hardworking who will slot seamlessly into our team.

Nicki and Emma launched NE Family Law to offer client focussed and bespoke legal services. The firm offers traditional solicitor/client services with a growing Dispute Resolution practice. We have a clear vision and wish to expand the team. The firm has a solid client base, we do interesting and challenging work and we want to grow to support that work and the clients we help on their legal journey.

In 2024 the firm won Best Training and Development and in 2025 the firm achieved Best Small Business at the Richmond Chamber of Commerce Business Awards, and the firm was also Highly Commended for Best Professional Practice. Family solicitor 0-2 years / 3 years + PQE Candidates must have experience of assisting and/or managing a caseload that includes divorce/civil partnership dissolution, finance (including HNW), nuptial agreements, cohabitation/TOLATA, and private children matters. You must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills in addition to being committed to providing an outstanding client service.
