As an Experienced Divorce and Family Law Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload of complex family and matrimonial law matters.
Key Responsibilities- Handle a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, and cohabitation disputes.
- Provide clear, practical, and empathetic advice to clients while maintaining excellent client care.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
- Utilise our cloud-based practice management system to work efficiently and meet client expectations.
- Support the firm’s business development efforts, though most new enquiries are generated by our dedicated marketing resource and lead-handling administrators.
- At least 5 years' post-qualification experience as a solicitor specialising in family law (England & Wales).
- Proven expertise in handling a broad range of privately funded family law cases.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Exceptional technical ability and attention to detail.
- Confidence in managing your own caseload independently.
