We are looking for a family lawyer with at least 3 + years PQE to join our Chichester team. The role is suitable for full‑time or part‑time and will involve handling a mixed case load of family work and participating in business development, marketing, and networking activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in family law matters and negotiate out‑of‑court dispute resolutions.
- Provide collaborative‑law advice, including training as the firm expands its out‑of‑court offering.
- Assist with business development and marketing, such as blog writing, articles and attending networking events.
- Maintain accurate case files and manage client communications.
Qualifications
- Qualified solicitor or barrister in family law.
- Minimum 3 + years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
- Strong enthusiasm for out‑of‑court dispute resolution; training in Collaborative Law is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
